Every Jatura programme is built around the same structural logic: the contract lifecycle as it actually occurs, stage by stage, in the order those stages happen. We start with what a contract looks like at the point it needs to be drafted, move through the internal review and approval stages, cover the signing and execution phase, work through ongoing administration and performance monitoring, and end with renewal and close-out.
This structure is consistent across all three formats. The online course delivers it in six sequential modules. The workshop delivers it across two days, with the second day focused on applying the framework to sample lifecycle scenarios. The Programme Build uses the same framework as the foundation for designing your organisation's internal administration practice.
All materials are written in operational language — not legal terminology. Scenarios and examples are drawn from Malaysian commercial practice. Reference materials are designed to travel back to the workplace with participants, not remain in a training room.

Contract Lifecycle Foundations Online Course
A six-module self-paced online course introducing operations and procurement staff to the structural shape of a typical contract lifecycle — drafting, internal review, signing rhythm, ongoing administration, and renewal cycles. Covers common patterns at each stage and a glossary of terminology. Each module is roughly 25 minutes and includes scenario reflections, downloadable summary cards, and end-of-module self-checks.

Contract Lifecycle Workshop for Operations Teams
A two-day workshop for operations and procurement teams who want a structured, end-to-end view of contract lifecycle administration. Day one covers principles and stage patterns. Day two is hands-on, walking the team through anonymised sample lifecycles to surface practical observations. Group size capped at sixteen. Includes a portable internal reference handbook.

Contract Lifecycle Programme Build
A consulting engagement of roughly twelve weeks to support a mid-sized organisation in establishing or refreshing its internal contract lifecycle administration practice. Includes scoping interviews, mapping of current handoffs, design of structural patterns and supporting checklists, and creation of internal facilitator-and-participant materials. Output is a complete starter programme the client can run internally with their qualified advisors.

All participant and client data handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia). No participant data is shared with third parties without consent.
Content Review Cycle
All programme materials undergo an annual review. Feedback from workshop participants and consulting engagements is incorporated into subsequent revisions.
Scope Transparency
All Jatura programmes are clearly scoped as operational and educational materials. Scope, inclusions, and limitations are documented in each programme description and engagement agreement.
Consulting Confidentiality
Programme Build engagements include standard non-disclosure provisions. Client documentation and internal process information is treated as confidential throughout and after the engagement.
Transparent Pricing
Programme fees are published openly. No hidden charges or mandatory add-ons are introduced after the initial agreement. SST is disclosed at invoice stage at the prevailing rate.
