NF

Nor Farahiyah

Procurement Executive, Shah Alam

"Before the online course I had a rough sense of what happens in a contract's life, but no structured picture. The six-module layout helped me understand where each stage begins and ends. The summary cards are still on my desk."

Operations Manager, Johor Bahru

"We sent four people from our operations team to the two-day workshop. Day two was particularly useful — walking through sample lifecycles surfaced gaps we hadn't named before. The handbook is a good reference doc to keep around. Would have liked slightly more time on the administration monitoring stage."

Legal and Compliance, Kuala Lumpur

"The course gave me a clear vocabulary to use with our operations colleagues. Before, discussions about contract stages were vague — people meant different things by the same terms. After everyone did the course, conversations became a lot more specific."

Procurement Lead, Petaling Jaya

"The scoping call before the workshop was useful — the Jatura team took time to understand our team's background before the day itself, which meant the content was well-calibrated. Nothing felt too basic or too advanced."

Senior Executive, Klang Valley

"I completed the online course in three sittings over a week. The self-check questions at the end of each module helped me figure out what had actually landed versus what I had just read. Solid foundation for someone new to formal contract administration work."

"The Programme Build engagement was well-structured. Jatura's team mapped our current handoff practices in detail before designing anything — that grounding in our actual situation made the resulting materials directly usable rather than generic. We've now run two internal sessions from their materials."

How Organisations Have Used Jatura's Programmes

Case 01

Property Services Firm — Kuala Lumpur

The Situation

A property management firm with around 60 staff had grown its contract portfolio significantly over two years. Their operations team was managing vendor, maintenance, and service contracts across multiple properties, but there was no shared understanding of what the administration process should look like. When staff changed, knowledge walked out with them.

What Was Done

Jatura ran the twelve-week Programme Build engagement. This began with stakeholder interviews across operations, finance, and the management team, followed by a mapping of their current contract handoff practices. A stage pattern framework was designed for their context, along with checklists and a two-module internal induction programme.

What Changed

By the end of the engagement, the firm had a documented internal lifecycle framework and an induction programme they could run themselves. Within three months, they had used it for two new team members. Their contract handoff documentation improved noticeably in consistency.

"The engagement was practical from day one. Everything was grounded in how we actually work, not a theoretical model." — Operations Director

Case 02

Supply Chain Operation — Selangor

The Situation

A regional supply chain company had recently brought contract administration in-house after outsourcing it for several years. The procurement team had no prior training on how to structure the work. The team lead wanted a common baseline across the group before they started taking on live contracts.

What Was Done

Nine members of the procurement and operations team attended the two-day workshop. The team lead completed the online course in advance as preparation. Day two's sample lifecycle walkthroughs were particularly relevant because the team was able to identify patterns in the anonymised examples that were similar to their own incoming contracts.

What Changed

The team came out of the workshop with a shared vocabulary and a basic framework for how to approach each stage. Three months later, the team lead noted that internal discussions about contract status were more structured and that handoffs between operations and finance had become cleaner.

"Day two made the difference. Working through sample lifecycles with the team was more useful than any lecture." — Procurement Team Lead

Case 03

Professional Services Firm — Kuala Lumpur

The Situation

A firm providing project management and advisory services wanted to build awareness of contract lifecycle administration across its project delivery team. Individuals varied significantly in their familiarity with the subject — from very limited to moderately experienced.

What Was Done

The firm enrolled sixteen individual team members in the online course, with no fixed completion deadline. The programme director encouraged team members to complete modules at a pace that suited their workload. Follow-up discussions were held internally once the majority had finished.

What Changed

The course created a level of common understanding that the team had not had before. The summary cards became informal reference points during project planning. Several team members identified specific stage gaps in their own workflows that they subsequently addressed with their line managers.

"The self-paced format worked well for a team with variable schedules. No one felt pressured to rush through it." — Programme Director
